Zhineng, Chi-Lel™, and Spring Forest Qigong are “medical qigong," which focus on healing and wellness. (“Lel” means healing.) Chi-Lel is a Western versions of the original Zhineng (Wisdom) Qigong from China developed by Grandmaster Pang, Ming He; Spring Forest Qigong was developed by Master Chunyi Lin; Zhineng Breathing Exercises (ZBE) were created by Master Zhankui Liu.
They use all the different aspects of qigong: posture, movement, sound, self-massage, breathing techniques, affirmations/attitude, envisioning, healing others, focus/awareness/mindfulness, the “qi field" and meditation. These inclusive methods allow them to be versatile to meet different personal needs and preferences.
These forms of qigong are simple to learn, very effective--often seeming miraculous--and can be practiced by almost anyone, even those in wheelchairs and bed. See "Links" for more information about these forms of qigong.
